Return and Refund Policy

NAVIEWO® Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 7, 2025

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through www.naviewo.com, owned and operated by NAVIEWO®, LLC, CLOTHING BRAND, INC.. By purchasing goods or services from our Site, you agree to the terms outlined below.

I. Returns

Return Eligibility

Customers may return eligible products by mail only. In-person returns are not accepted unless otherwise stated in writing by NAVIEWO®. Returns must be authorized prior to shipment.

Authorized Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must follow these steps:

  1. Request Return Authorization
     
    • Email: returns@naviewo.com
    • Portal: www.naviewo.com/returns
    • Include: Order Number, item(s) being returned, and reason for return

  1. Receive Return Approval
    If approved, a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the appropriate return shipping address will be provided.
  2. Package the Item
     
    • Use original packaging whenever possible
    • Include tags, accessories, documentation, and RAN
    • Seal package securely

  1. Ship the Item
     
    • Use a trackable mail service (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)
    • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless due to NAVIEWO® error

  1. Processing
     
    • Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
    • Confirmation will be sent via email

Return Address

Provided in the return authorization email. Do not ship items without approval.

II. Refunds for Goods

Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving goods. We accept refund requests for the following reasons:

  • Product is broken or defective
  • Wrong item or size received
  • Item does not match the description
  • Item never arrived (verified via tracking)
  • Change of mind (within return window and item unused)
  • Incorrect sizing (apparel only, returned unworn)
  • Major discrepancy between product received and what was advertised

Examples of Acceptable Refund Reasons

  • Damaged or defective item
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Lost in transit
  • Sizing issue (within 14-day return window)
  • Product doesn’t match description
  • Booking canceled by provider
  • Duplicate purchase
  • Unusable digital file or technical error

Refund Exclusions

Refunds are not provided for the following:

  • Opened or used items
  • Digital downloads (music, files, beats)
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Autographed merchandise
  • Event tickets (unless canceled/rescheduled)
  • Gift cards or store credit

III. Refunds for Services

All service bookings and subscriptions are non-refundable unless:

  • Service was canceled by NAVIEWO®
  • Payment was made and service was not delivered
  • Rescheduling was not honored within a reasonable timeframe
